Drone pirates as a service.
In the future drones will be omnipresent and be used to deliver all kinds of things, pizza delivery to back-country resupply. The global adoption of drones will see them used in nearly every facet of supply management. Basically the world will be swarmed with drones, some will be helpful, but equally some will be used for malevolent purposes, like flying around you while you are at the beach or putting on your PJ's, or worse. Wouldn't it be great to be able to log-in and get a drone to raise the jolly roger and capture that pest-drone, or buccaneer pizza? If you can rent a car for a bank job without the rental company, can you rent a drone for you pirate gig (aka side hustle)? Well maybe you can with PDAAS.
The drone market has been projected to be USD 17 billion by 2024. GS says between now and 2020, they forecast a $100 billion market opportunity for drones—helped by growing demand from the commercial and civil government sectors.
Measure raises $15 million to fly drones as a service for other companies. https://techcrunch.com/2017/01/17/measure-raises-15-million-to-fly-drones-as-a-service-for-other-companies/
Companies that could enter this space are Amazone, Wallmart, Pizza Hut, Boeing, Lockheed Martin, AeroVironment and maybe even Imaginactive
