Polymerization and Depolymerization for Exothermic/endothermic cycle to cool my refridgerator and heat my shower
An exothermic/endothermic cycle that chills my refrigerator and heats my hot water.
Replace freon or modern alternate gas/liquid change state with a more energy dense material. Using a polymerization process that quickly generates temperatures sufficient to boil water makes it practical for a refrigeration/water heating cycle for household and commercial uses. The ion charged catalyst switch minimizes the energy input into the system.
By using solution polymerization, you get heat

And by degrading the polymer into monomer it is endothermic. Where normally this requires significant energy inputs for minimal endothermic effect, the catalyst minimizes the energy input.

Think of it as a solid to gas version of the Sterling engine.

Or just get a better refrigerator using a scroll compressor and capture the heat output, if you find that easier.
